The ego is a vicious creature that lives deep in the mind. It can latch onto anything and stay hidden for years. Forward ego is putting yourself on a pedestal, Reverse ego is putting someone else on a pedestal. Be aware at all times. It never completely dies. The ego will slow or stop you from obtaining your goals.
